The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is seeking qualified and certified contractors capable of providing, delivering, installing, calibrating, validating, and training staff on two Starling CMMST5 Noninvasive Cardiac Output and Hemodynamic Monitoring Systems (brand name or equivalent). Contractors must supply all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and project management required for comprehensive implementation at the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The opportunity is designed for suppliers compliant with the nonmanufacturer rule, Buy American Act, and Trade Agreement requirements, and able to provide documentation, descriptive literature, and authorized letters as needed. Responses should demonstrate contractor capabilities and experience. Small business concerns are encouraged to participate. Delivery and installation are required within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). The government reserves the right to proceed as a sole source procurement if no qualified parties respond.
