A government authority in Maine is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive digital sign services for public works. The scope of work includes the fabrication and installation of a dual-sided 10mm LED electronic message center, complete with poles, cabinet, shroud, and all required painting and finishes. Installation will occur on an existing footer at the designated site.

The project requires preparation of final artwork for approval, featuring the city logo and the text 'public works' at the top of the enclosure.
