DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to redesign its public-facing website utilizing a content management system (CMS). The new site should feature a modern structure and intuitive layout, be fully consistent with brand and style guidelines, and integrate best practices in user experience and accessibility to maximize engagement.

Vendors must ensure full content ownership, provide a platform that is easy for non-technical staff or technical support staff to use, and deliver a cost-effective solution with no limitations on pages or content. The platform should be extensible for future functionalities such as stakeholder login or document database. Existing content will need to be migrated to the new CMS, maintaining formatting consistency and quality throughout.

The redesigned website must be responsive and optimized across all devices, supporting mixed media types including PDFs, images, videos, infographics, and forms. Features such as robust document organization and search capabilities (tagging, filtering) are required to aid usability and information discovery.

Vendors are invited to submit questions regarding the project by March 31, 2026.
