A government authority in Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive accounting services for public trust authorities. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing full bookkeeping and accounting duties, including the setup of new or additional authorities as required.
Responsibilities include entering all financial transactions into accounting software, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing monthly financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows. Additional tasks involve preparing and recording journal entries related to public debt, conduit debt, lease revenue debt, bond financing, and compliance with relevant financing activities.
Vendors are expected to have experience supporting government clients and must be capable of addressing a variety of public sector accounting and reporting needs.
