A department in Kane County, Illinois seeks a vendor to provide a public safety training Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The system will serve as a centralized platform for managing training records, tracking certifications, scheduling courses, administering digital exams, and generating compliance reports for approximately 160 public safety personnel and volunteers.

The SaaS solution must be hosted in a secure cloud environment, ensuring high availability, data encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication. Vendors are expected to manage all aspects of hosting, system maintenance, software updates, security patching, backup, and disaster recovery throughout the contract term.

The scope also includes comprehensive personnel training records management from hiring through ongoing compliance, automated digital exam grading and evaluation, initial system setup and configuration, and environment provisioning.
