A California agency is seeking a vendor to provide integrated public safety software to support law enforcement and correctional operations. The project includes the implementation of a comprehensive Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS). The RMS will assist with maintaining accurate records, streamlining investigations, and facilitating communication between agencies and the community. The JMS will enhance correctional operations through key features such as inmate tracking, case management, scheduling, and efficient communication within jails and detention facilities.
The vendor will be responsible for converting existing records into the new system and enabling robust data sharing, reporting, and collection with other law enforcement agencies within the county. The chosen software should feature seamless integration between RMS and JMS modules, offer intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and support accurate data entry, retrieval, and reporting to meet the specific needs of law enforcement and correctional staff. The contract period for this engagement is one year.
