Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The contracting organization seeks a vendor to procure and implement a modern, fully integrated Public Safety Information System. This system will encompass Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), mobile solutions, a records management system (RMS), civil, and jail management system (JMS) components. The objective is to achieve seamless 24/7 operations with round-the-clock vendor support for critical issues.
The selected solution must offer interoperability with other applications, as well as with State, Federal, and other law enforcement agencies. It should also facilitate integrations with third-party applications. Key features include an integrated search function across all modules and systems, an intuitive reporting workspace enabling users to create and share custom reports, and user-accessible dashboards with real-time notifications tailored to specific roles. The system must support configurable, software-guided business process workflows, ensure scalability without performance degradation, and facilitate secure, real-time mobile access via smartphones and tablets.
Additional requirements include comprehensive data conversion services from the current system and support for future upgrades. The solution must enhance staff ability to act proactively through immediate access to critical information.
