Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The City of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive signage services for a new public safety facility. The facility will establish the signage standards for all future municipal buildings, making it essential to develop a cohesive and impactful design approach. The selected vendor will assist in designing all elements of signage, including specifications for color, font, font size, and text to ensure consistency and clarity throughout the premises.
The scope of work includes designing and providing site signage such as digital display signs (both double sided and single sided), address numbers, monument signage, fallen officer tribute wall signage, traffic management signage, and more. For the exterior, the vendor will create and install building-mounted signage that may include backlit or halo pin-mounted signs, dedication plaques, backlit shields, and Maltese crosses.
Vendors are required to provide full-size samples of the Room Name signage for approval by the owner after shop drawings are finalized. The initial contract period will be one year. Interested parties should submit any questions about the RFP by April 16, 2026.
