The organization seeks vendors to provide a public safety automated system that will replace current paper-based procedures for class registration, attendance tracking, instructor timesheets, and payroll within their Public Safety training program. The new solution should offer a user-friendly, app-based experience that simplifies workflows for learners, instructors, and administrators, featuring intuitive navigation, minimal training requirements, and automated notifications for schedule or location changes.
The system must automate repetitive tasks and data entry by means of digital registration, integrated records management, and automated attendance and payroll tracking to reduce errors and enhance accuracy. Required capabilities include Single Sign-On using Microsoft Entra ID and integration with Colleague/Self-Service. Integration with Canvas and Element 451 via standard REST API architecture may also be required. The interface should be mobile-friendly and efficient, streamlining procedures for all stakeholders.
Vendors are required to submit questions no later than May 1, 2026.
