Public Relations, Communications and Media Services

The organization in California is seeking qualified vendors to provide public relations, communications, and media services on an as-needed and project-based basis. Services encompass a wide range of offerings, including advertising and marketing, event support, facilitation, hosting, and grant writing. Vendors may be tasked with developing event concepts, coordinating logistics, engaging speakers or performers, providing facilitation and moderation, and supporting communications and outreach to ensure diverse participation.
