DESCRIPTION
The contracting agency seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive public relations and polling services in support of a general obligation bond feasibility study. Services include public affairs, bond strategy, political analysis, strategic communications, and professional polling. The vendor will provide strategic guidance regarding bond size, structure, and framing from a voter perspective.
Responsibilities also include research design and the execution of professional polling, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and ethical standards for public agencies. The vendor will analyze and interpret polling data, translating results into actionable insights for district leadership and advisory committees. Additional support is required for public affairs, communications strategy, and the development of public-facing messages that remain within legal restrictions on advocacy.
The contract period is set for three years. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 14, 2026.
