DESCRIPTION

This RFP invites vendors to provide comprehensive public relations and media coverage monitoring services. Required services include monitoring media coverage across online, print, broadcast, and social media platforms, with the ability to track and report on coverage, impressions, and the overall impact of PR activities. Vendors are expected to deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports detailing results and insights.

In addition to monitoring, the selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing a public relations strategy that aligns with organizational goals. This includes providing messaging frameworks, positioning guidance, and supporting executive communications. The scope further involves drafting press releases, media advisories, and key messaging documents, as well as developing media kits and briefing materials.

Vendors must also support the planning and execution of press events, media tours, and major announcements, including providing on-site media coordination when required. The RFP process includes a pre-bid meeting and a designated period for submitting questions.
