The selected vendor will provide comprehensive public relations and marketing services to support statewide recognition, awareness, and understanding of the critical public role served within Hawaii. Services include developing public relations materials and outreach activities to promote the recruitment and retention of a skilled and dedicated workforce.
Key responsibilities encompass the regular maintenance and updating of the organization's website to support both public education and employment recruitment objectives. The vendor will also be responsible for developing news releases, coordinating press events, and conducting interviews aimed at public education and workforce outreach.
Additional tasks include creating and posting content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to foster public education and employment recruitment, producing video and photographic assets as requested, and providing graphic design services to conceptualize, develop, and layout necessary marketing materials.
