The vendor will also assist with the planning and promotion of public information sessions, community meetings, and school tours. Ongoing support for the agency’s website and social media channels is required, ensuring timely updates and accurate information is readily available to the public. Attendance at regular coordination meetings and the provision of progress reports that outline completed activities, upcoming milestones, and measurable outcomes are expected. The vendor will also aid in the development and analysis of community feedback tools to measure engagement and inform ongoing strategy.
