DESCRIPTION


The district is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive public relations and communications services in close collaboration with the district administration. The primary objective is to enhance both internal and external communications, strengthen community engagement, and deliver strategic messaging that aligns with the district’s mission and goals.

Services will include the development and implementation of a robust communications strategy to promote the district’s initiatives, achievements, programs, and priorities. The chosen vendor will provide strategic counsel to district leadership on messaging, public perception, and media engagement. Key deliverables include creating monthly written content, managing a social media content plan across various platforms, designing email campaigns for targeted stakeholders, and producing engaging video and reel content showcasing district events and achievements.

In addition to proactive communications, the vendor will deliver crisis-response communications support during sensitive situations. The scope also encompasses professional development and communications training for district leadership and staff. Regular reports summarizing communication activities, media coverage, and engagement metrics will be required. The contract period is for one year.
