A qualified vendor is sought to provide public relations and communication services in support of an upcoming referendum. The selected firm will collaborate with the district and its architect to clearly communicate the details and potential impact of the referendum to the community through a variety of engagement strategies.
Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive communications plan that adheres to statutory and ethical standards, as well as preparing clear, neutral, and factual written and visual informational materials. The vendor will support community outreach efforts, facilitate media relations, and ensure consistent digital and print communications. Additionally, effective messaging tools must be created for use by the Board and administrative staff in responding to stakeholder inquiries and supporting public understanding of the referendum.
