A professional public relations agency is sought to deliver comprehensive media engagement and profile building services for select executives in Montana. The agency will be responsible for establishing a clear framework and criteria for engaging with both traditional and emerging media outlets at the national, regional, and local levels.
The selected firm will collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to execute targeted strategies across four primary media tiers. These include traditional news media (national and regional outlets), traditional endemic and industry media (such as outlets focused on outdoor, environmental, philanthropic, and policy topics), new media and content creators (including influencers, podcasts, and niche platforms in forestry, science, and outdoor recreation), and designing scalable approaches for local media outreach in priority markets.
Additionally, the scope includes developing executive profiles to enhance visibility in the media and creating social media content for select executive LinkedIn profiles. This initiative is designed to strengthen media relationships and raise the public profiles of key personnel through well-coordinated communication efforts.
