Public Relation and Marketing Services

A government authority in Union, NJ is seeking a qualified vendor to provide public relations and marketing services in support of a referendum communication plan. The vendor will collaborate closely with the District and its Architect to deliver factual, educational, and graphic communications that effectively explain the proposed referendum and its community impact.

Services required include the creation of a comprehensive communications plan that adheres to statutory and ethical standards, as well as the development of clear and neutral written and visual materials. These materials will be used across various platforms such as websites, digital content, presentations, and graphics for public meetings, as well as email and social media channels. The vendor will also advise on community engagement strategies, coordinate timely communication aligned with District milestones, and provide support in responding to media and public inquiries in cooperation with District administration.

Additionally, the selected vendor will assist with web page development and updates related to the referendum, ensure messaging accessibility for diverse audiences, and review all materials for legal compliance. Support for media and community outreach, along with the development of messaging tools for use by the Board and administration, is also required.
