DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking information on a public records search and case management solution. The desired platform must support Single Sign-On (SSO) with Multi–Factor Authentication (MFA), role-based access, and integration with Active Directory and SSO as well as with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. The solution should feature adaptable workflows, fine-grained authorization controls over search scope and export functions, as well as advanced granular and keyword/phrase search capabilities (including exact and proximity search functions).
Additional requirements include the ability to search email attachments and nested content, relevance tuning, saved searches, legal hold management, email platform integration, and secure, precise search functionality across Microsoft O365 records—emphasizing Exchange Online and Office 365. The platform must provide robust case management, support auditability, deduplication, redaction, and deep integration with Azure and related enterprise systems.
