The Maryland Port Administration (MPA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive public outreach and stakeholder engagement services in support of its Dredged Material Management Program (DMMP). This initiative encompasses dredged material containment facilities, ecosystem restoration projects, and related efforts throughout the Baltimore Harbor and the Chesapeake Bay.
The selected vendor will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of stakeholder engagement and community outreach programs. Key duties include creating effective communication tools to support existing programs and promote information sharing, offering support at project planning meetings, facilitating public and stakeholder sessions, and developing presentations and visual aids for community updates. Additionally, the vendor will lead the graphic design and production of high-quality materials for branding, education, and outreach campaigns across print, digital, and social media channels. Other responsibilities involve documenting public feedback, conducting environmental policy reviews, coordinating with stakeholders and partners, facilitating technical and management workgroups, and assisting with the identification and coordination of project funding sources.
