Key responsibilities encompass identifying critical informational topics and messaging themes, preparing communication timelines that align with city council directives and statutory deadlines, and ensuring close coordination with city staff to maintain message consistency. The provider will also offer guidance on compliance with all relevant laws governing communications by public agencies.
