The selected vendor will provide comprehensive public health education campaign services to support messaging on the safe, legal, and responsible use of medical marijuana. Responsibilities include the development of creative marketing materials, encompassing digital social advertisements, traditional and over-the-top TV ads, and management of media buying and placement.
The vendor will be required to conduct a media analysis to track and report on ad placements, impressions, digital and social media traffic, and related metrics. The campaign must incorporate a range of tactics, including static and dynamic/video digital display ads, geo-fencing and targeted advertisements, social media advertising (such as boosted posts), and creative approaches to both paid and earned media.
