The platform must include or integrate a digital asset management system, allowing for robust storage, tagging, search, and reuse of multimedia files. Additional required features include dynamic and secure web forms, responsive and metadata-driven search functionalities for both public users and content authors, and comprehensive audit trails to transparently track user activity and ensure accountability.
