DESCRIPTION

A consultant is sought to provide comprehensive public engagement services in support of area planning initiatives in Missouri. The selected consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust public engagement strategy that incorporates outreach through social media, digital platforms, and electronic communications such as emails and newsletters. The approach should align with the area planning and community engagement workbook as well as the citywide engagement strategy.

Key responsibilities include conducting a statistically valid survey at the outset to gather baseline community input, outlining detailed phases and methods for engagement (both online and in-person), and providing multi-lingual translation services for all engagement activities to ensure broad community participation. The consultant must also identify and track metrics related to outreach, participation, and engagement throughout the process.
