A Texas county is seeking a qualified vendor to provide facilitation and coordination of public engagement services for pool-related projects. The chosen consultant will be responsible for designing and facilitating meetings with stakeholders, community members, and the general public to support both current and future budgeted county projects.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with local organizations and stakeholders to encourage community involvement, overseeing project schedules, and managing engagement processes. The consultant will plan and design a variety of participatory activities, such as workshops, focus groups, stakeholder and public discussions, and interviews, both in person and virtually. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies and plans that ensure inclusive, impactful participation in facility and site management, as well as policy and planning decisions.
The selected vendor will also be tasked with producing visual materials—such as maps, infographics, print, and digital content—for use in engagement activities.
