DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive public engagement and education program. Responsibilities include supporting the study commission in delivering educational presentations to various groups and organizations, as well as creating associated materials. This entails graphic design, copywriting, and video production capabilities.

The vendor will also advise on leveraging existing internal social media channels and introducing innovative strategies to enhance user engagement. Additionally, the firm is expected to outline their methodology for crafting a strategic communications plan. Other deliverables include media planning and buying, with an explanation of how media purchase decisions are made, and the development of a cohesive logo and brand identity for the educational effort.
