The selected vendor will be responsible for developing all aspects of the campaign, including the naming, visual identity, messaging framework, and creative assets tailored for both outdoor and digital platforms.
Key deliverables include the design and placement of messaging on at least one billboard and the deployment of targeted geofenced digital advertisements. Additionally, the vendor will develop a mobile-responsive landing page that links to credible state and federal resources on drug prevention, treatment, and recovery. The campaign’s performance must be tracked and reported, with metrics such as impressions, reach, engagement, click-through rates, and landing page analytics provided. The contract is for a one-year period.
