SUMMARY

Fraser Health seeks a provider for 24/7/365 managed public cloud services covering Azure and AWS, including monitoring, incident response, CI/CD support, and integration with various platforms.

DESCRIPTION

Fraser Health is seeking a qualified provider to supply 24/7/365 managed public cloud services encompassing both Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS platforms. The selected vendor will deliver end-to-end support for Fraser Health’s cloud infrastructure, including proactive monitoring, incident detection and resolution, performance optimization, security management, and cost governance. Comprehensive emergency incident response services, including a Service Desk, must be available at all times to minimize disruption and ensure service continuity.

Responsibilities also include root cause analysis of significant or recurring issues, support for CI/CD administration, and close collaboration with Fraser Health teams to design, implement, and maintain robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes. Integration support is required for a range of platforms and tools, such as Bicep, GitHub, Maven, Terraform, Team Foundation Server, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Kubernetes.

The provider will offer near-real time dashboards displaying overall service status and a portal or SaaS application for both parties to open, track, and escalate issues. This portal must integrate with the shared Provincial Health ServiceNow instance and enable tracking and management of virtualized and software assets used in the delivery of services. The objective is to enhance system availability, scalability, and compliance while reducing operational overhead for Fraser Health’s informatics teams.
