DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to execute a statewide multi-media campaign focused on increasing public biosecurity awareness for the prevention, control, and mitigation of pests in Hawaii. The campaign will require media entities experienced in creating and distributing content across multiple platforms, especially digital channels, to maximize outreach and engagement.
The selected vendor must quantify outreach results using data, provide a detailed description of all media distribution channels, and demonstrate prior experience with digital distribution strategies. A comprehensive and reasonable budget should be presented, along with a work plan featuring clear milestones to assess the campaign's effectiveness.
