The state of Mississippi is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services for public awareness campaigns, behavioral health messaging, and multimedia communications. The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing and assessing current campaign materials, branding, messaging, and media activities, with an aim to enhance and build upon existing creative assets for greater effectiveness.
Scope of work includes ensuring continuity and consistency with ongoing initiatives, recommending updates or enhancements to improve reach, cultural relevance, and audience engagement. The vendor will develop a comprehensive, multi-channel media strategy encompassing digital platforms, social media, radio, television, print, and community-based outreach. Deliverables include compelling, accessible, and inclusive campaign messaging tailored to diverse audiences across the state.
Additionally, the vendor will support media planning, placement recommendations, and performance tracking. Creative asset development such as graphics, videos, public service announcements, and social media content is required to effectively expand campaign reach and empower residents to make safer, healthier decisions. All related questions must be submitted by February 5, 2026.
