Santa Fe County
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
Santa Fe County seeks a vendor to provide public awareness campaign services that inform residents and visitors about a wide range of county programs, services, initiatives, and public notices. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing two countywide public awareness campaigns each year on topics identified by county departments, as well as two additional ancillary campaigns that complement primary efforts.
All campaign materials must be produced in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for diverse audiences. The vendor will handle concept development, graphic design, copywriting, translation, printing, multimedia production, digital content creation, and related creative services. A variety of traditional and non-traditional media channels should be utilized to maximize outreach and campaign effectiveness.
The scope of work also includes executing outreach strategies such as community events, grassroots engagement, and educational distribution to boost awareness and participation. Coordination with county staff, evaluation partners, and stakeholders is required to ensure alignment with county objectives. The vendor must track and document campaign activities and engagement metrics and provide quarterly and annual reports detailing performance, insights, and recommendations for continual improvement. All materials created will become the property of Santa Fe County.
