This RFP seeks a vendor to design and implement a public awareness campaign supporting the Climate Change and Carbon Markets Initiative Bill in Belize. The campaign's objective is to promote behavioral change, ensuring the public is prepared for the bill's implementation, encouraging compliance, and enabling responsible participation in carbon market mechanisms that prioritize environmental integrity and contribute to national mitigation outcomes.
