DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide public ambassador program services within designated district boundaries. The scope of work includes maintaining a visible, uniformed ambassador presence to enhance public comfort and a sense of security, supporting community members such as business owners, workers, shoppers, diners, sports fans, club-goers, and visitors with daily recurring assistance.

Additional responsibilities include performing routine supplemental cleaning tasks while on patrol, such as litter collection and minor debris removal, as well as monitoring, observing, and reporting suspicious behavior within the district. This involves utilizing handheld mobile devices and/or two-way radios for real-time incident tracking and communication. The selected vendor will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining daily reports detailing activities and observations conducted by staff servicing this agreement.
