DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Mercer, New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor for the provision of ballot printing, vote by mail envelope, and application services. The scope of work includes the composition, production, printing, bindery, and delivery of materials to the designated mailing service. Vendors must be able to supply PDF versions of all general election sample ballots that are ready for web publishing.

A rapid turnaround for ballot translations from English to Spanish is required, with translations to be delivered within three hours. The printing company must demonstrate current experience with Liberty Vote voting system Teamwork optical scan ballots and must be a certified vendor for new Opscan ballots, covering provisional and mail-in ballots. Materials to be produced include vote by mail ballots, provisional ballots, emergency ballots, sample ballots, and both state and federal ballots.

All vendor questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than April 16, 2026.
