The State of Florida is seeking vendors to provide a secure platform for property tax oversight certification, training, testing, and proctoring services. The required solution should offer the ability to host comprehensive training content and establish sequential learning experiences for participants.
Vendors must support integration with live, human-based, real-time exam proctoring services. The system should accommodate both test-taker and departmental payment options, with proctoring services available 24/7, 365 days a year by appointment. Exams will be administered online to test-takers using laptops or desktop computers equipped with microphones, speakers, and webcams. Additionally, vendors should offer in-person testing at their facilities, supported by human proctors.
Vendors are invited to submit any questions regarding the requirements by November 12, 2025.
