DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Richmond, British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services for thirteen existing childcare facilities. The selected provider will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, repairs, and alterations of each facility, ensuring all work adheres to the terms of the facility's lease, air space parcel, and applicable strata bylaws.
