DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide property management services for a portfolio of properties and leases at an international airport. The selected provider will be responsible for advising on market conditions and market rents, preparing annual operating budgets for each property, and developing a five-year capital plan in collaboration with the strategic plan.

Key responsibilities also include management of accounts payable, producing monthly narrative management reports, and overseeing all tenant leases, licenses, agreements, and associated documentation as required under the Property Management Agreement (PMA).
