DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services. The scope of work includes yard maintenance, budget management and categorization, handling of rentals, enforcement of lease agreements, and the collection of rents, security deposits, and other receipts.
