The government authority in Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive property management services. The selected firm will be responsible for marketing and leasing all units, with a mandate to maintain at least a 96% monthly leased rate. Where required, coordination with service providers to make units accessible to special populations is expected.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining positive relations with tenants and the community, enforcing leases, managing terminations and evictions, collecting rents, handling all financial transactions such as loan payments and escrow deposits, and making approved disbursements for operational and capital expenditures. The vendor must assist with financial management in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, keep detailed records suitable for an annual audit, and deliver monthly operational and financial reporting.
All vendors must submit any questions regarding the RFP no later than April 15, 2026.
