DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services for all Agency-owned buildings on its campus. The selected vendor will be responsible for management, supervision, coordination, and provision of labor, materials, equipment, as well as maintenance, repair, and installation services. These services include performing emergency repairs, handling routine services, and managing minor projects using the contractor’s workforce, under the direction of the Agency facility manager. The contractor will also be required to operate an on-campus building management office to address daily operational needs.

In addition to operational tasks, the vendor must obtain and renew all necessary licenses and permits, and maintain secure, up-to-date records in compliance with state retention schedules. Safety and preparedness are essential, with ongoing training provided for all personnel and development of a comprehensive emergency management plan. The contractor must also implement a modern system for tracking service complaints, requests, and all daily building activities. Participation in a virtual pre-proposal conference and a mandatory site visit are required as part of the proposal process.
