DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services for multifamily project-based voucher developments throughout the city. Responsibilities include preparing initial and annual updates to the Management Plan, handling rent collection, conducting tax credit recertifications, and approving management plans. The selected firm will also be responsible for lease enforcement, performing audits and transaction sampling, managing accounts payable, and utilizing service order tracking software.

The vendor must maintain a 24-hour call center for tenant service requests and provide both routine and emergency maintenance operations.
