DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Los Angeles, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services for its asset management portfolio. The selected service provider will be responsible for managing all lease terms, including determining rental rates, concessions, and security deposits in line with the annual operating budget. All activities must comply with applicable procedures and regulations, particularly for the recovery of leased premises and tenant balances.

The contractor shall deploy effective marketing strategies to minimize vacancies, targeting appropriate resident groups (such as market rate and low-income residents) in accordance with all applicable laws.
