DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing a marketing plan for vacant units, preparing and posting listings on relevant rental platforms, responding to rental inquiries, conducting property showings, and maintaining accurate prospect logs and waitlists.
