A government authority in San Carlos, California seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services at its headquarters. The scope of work includes property management, building services, and tenant relations, supporting the operational needs of the facility.
The selected contractor will be required to utilize an enterprise asset management system for tracking assets, work orders, and related property and maintenance data. Performance will be measured using defined key performance indicators against established service levels and operational outcomes.
Additionally, the contractor must establish and manage a bank account for property-related revenues and approved disbursements, held at a designated financial institution.
