A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services. Responsibilities include daily walk-throughs to inspect and identify safety or maintenance issues, ensuring equipment, lighting, and building services are fully operational, and maintaining common areas and the property exterior through cleaning, debris removal, and graffiti management.
The vendor will also be responsible for managing office temperature settings, conducting preventive and routine maintenance for all property equipment, scheduling service calls or equipment replacements as needed, and managing the building keycard access system. Additionally, the selected vendor will provide training on building systems to designated staff, ensure coverage for emergencies or unplanned events, respond to property management-related communications, and handle the postage machine operations including software updates.
Further duties include receiving and paying building-related invoices, tracking expenses against budget, and performing market research to secure the most competitive pricing for building services. The contract will span one year, and questions about the solicitation must be submitted by March 17, 2026.
