A government authority in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services. Responsibilities will include property management, marketing and leasing units under Rent-to-Own (RTO) programs, participant screening, program compliance, financial administration, and coordination with third-party professionals.
The contractor will convey program requirements to prospective applicants, manage eligibility screening, execute leasing and program documents, and offer support for homeownership transition such as coordinating counseling and financial preparation. Financial duties include rent and deposit collection, account administration, and reporting related to program units. The contractor will also ensure proper administration of participant occupancy and program timelines.
