Services required include full-service property management for commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets, adapting finance and document management tasks based on asset and lease type.
The scope involves processing lease renewals, terminations, and new leases, estimating operating expenses for each tenant, collecting monthly reimbursements, and managing all accounts receivable including rents and security deposits. The vendor will oversee property operations, onsite engineering staff, and common areas, as well as handle tenant and vendor insurance documentation.
