DESCRIPTION
The government authority in San Francisco, California seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive property management services for various occupied properties acquired by the agency. Services required include full-service property management for commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets, adapting finance and document management tasks based on asset and lease type.
The scope involves processing lease renewals, terminations, and new leases, estimating operating expenses for each tenant, collecting monthly reimbursements, and managing all accounts receivable including rents and security deposits.
