The expectation is to maintain consistent and high-quality curb appeal for every property from Monday through Friday, ensuring tour-ready conditions each weekday. The scope of work includes property management operations, oversight by various management staff, and coordination among maintenance technicians, apprentices, and landscaping contractors.

Key responsibilities involve maintaining cleanliness in entries, breezeways, parking areas, tree and fence lines, and ensuring dumpsters are free of overflow and loose bulk items. Vendors will also handle landscaping aspects such as grass, weeds, shrubs, and flower beds, as well as the upkeep of sidewalks, stairs, and railings.
