Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Texas is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive property, liability, and automobile coverage services. The required insurance must pay expenses including judgments and defense costs, and offer coverage for care, custody, and control. Incidental medical malpractice, libel, slander, defamation of character, premises liability, advertising liability, and products liability on a per occurrence basis must all be included under the policy.
Covered individuals must include the entity itself, trustees or board members, employees, student teachers, and volunteers. The coverage should also extend to claims arising from negligent acts, errors, or omissions related to the administration of employee benefit programs. Professional legal liability protection is required to cover all named parties while acting within the scope of their duties, including all legal obligations and claims expenses, such as attorney and defense fees, resulting from any claims made during the policy period.
