Proven capacity to service school districts with enrollment exceeding 70,000 students
Direct carrier relationships without wholesale intermediary requirements
Established infrastructure to support 70+ facilities
Demonstrated experience with Texas public school insurance requirements and regulations
Comprehensive claims management and FEMA support capabilities
Ability to provide annual renewal terms by July 1 of each contract year
Minimum five years providing insurance services to Texas school districts or higher education entities
Current active contracts with at least five Texas school districts or college clients
Documented history of successful claims resolution for educational institutions
Experience with catastrophic event response and recovery support
Knowledge of Texas public school or higher education entities regulatory and compliance requirements
List up to fifteen property insurance carriers in order of preference, including premium volume, direct relationships, financial ratings, and Texas market presence
List five boiler and machinery insurance carriers, including specialization in educational institution coverage, loss control, and inspection services
List five crime carriers and five active shooter/malicious acts carriers, including specialized educational institution programs
Disclose agency or pool organizational structure and ownership
Provide five current school district/college client references
Offer comprehensive risk management and loss control services
Maintain regular communication with Conroe ISD
Submit proposed insurance carriers for approval
Carrier quotes must be accompanied by a Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) compliant appointment of authorization
Submit a completed W-9 form
Register in Conroe ISD's Vendor Access Center if awarded
